LOKINFO access and data removal
Last updated: 18 October 2026.
You can clear LOKINFO data on your phone or request removal of access and data stored by LOKINFO. These are different operations. You can contact the publisher without the app and without signing in. This does not mean closing your resident account with the housing organisation.
1. Delete data from this phone
- Open LOKINFO → Settings (Ustawienia) → Privacy and data (Prywatność i dane).
- Select Delete data from this phone (Usuń dane z tego telefonu).
- Read the confirmation and approve. Internet and service connectivity are required.
After successful completion, you are signed out. The app removes saved access, the selected organisation, language, appearance and notification settings, and confirms that this phone’s access and notifications have been disconnected on the server.
This does not delete your resident account, property entitlement, balance, payments, documents, announcements or the organisation’s records. It does not automatically disconnect other phones. Uninstalling alone does not delete an account or replace confirmed disconnection.
If connectivity or storage fails, the operation may remain incomplete. The app shows a message and retry option; a minimal secured disconnection task may remain until the server confirms it. Restore connectivity and retry. Contact us if you cannot complete the operation or have lost your phone.
2. Request removal of access and data stored by LOKINFO
The LOKINFO server stores data needed to operate the app, including the association between a user, an organisation and properties, access and phone association records, a push token, notification preferences, delivery history and announcement read status. You can request deletion of data concerning you in this scope; we will assess the request taking account of your entitlement and obligations to retain particular data.
A request to LOKINFO is not an instruction to delete your account or accounting records in the housing organisation’s system. It does not automatically erase balances, payments or records maintained by that organisation. Contact the organisation about its accounts and documents.
Email the app publisher:

Subject: LOKINFO — access and data removal. Include your organisation’s name, login or another minimal identifier for your access, and whether the request concerns one phone, all LOKINFO access or particular data stored by LOKINFO. Submitting a request does not require your password or installing the app.
Do not send passwords, tokens, one-time codes, identity document scans or full financial statements. If identity or entitlement verification is needed, we will arrange an appropriate method and the minimum necessary information.
LOKINFO does not offer self-service resident account registration. Entitlement to property information comes from the organisation’s assignment, while our server manages technical access to the service. If your request also concerns the organisation’s records, we will help identify the relevant entity and contact route; we do not promise to independently erase data from its system.
3. What does handling a request involve?
- Identifying the account, requested scope and entitlement to the data.
- For data covered by a valid request: deletion or irreversible anonymisation, and revocation of the relevant access and notifications. Blocking access alone is not equivalent to deleting data.
- Explaining which data must remain, why, and the applicable retention period or criterion.
- A response describing actions taken or reasons for limitation or refusal, including information about complaints.
Not all data can be erased on every request. For example, this includes accounting records the organisation must retain and data needed to fulfil a legal obligation or establish or defend claims. Deleting LOKINFO data does not change property rights or cancel amounts due.
4. Technical records, logs and backups
Confirmed phone disconnection stops use of its credentials and notifications. It does not immediately remove every technical record, log, audit entry or backup. The current backend provides for cleaning revoked access records after 30 days, announcement delivery history after 30 days, and financial reminder history after the window covering the current and two preceding months. Maintenance performs this cleanup; it is not a deadline for deleting all user data or an account held by the organisation.
Other retention depends on the data type and purpose. Our response explains relevant limitations, including data remaining in logs or backups and the applicable deletion period or criterion. We do not promise that the phone’s button automatically removes backups.
5. When will you receive a response?
GDPR rights requests are answered without undue delay, generally within one month of receipt. Due to complexity or the number of requests, the period may be extended by two further months; notice and reasons should be given within the first month. The response may describe completion, necessary further verification or a legal obstacle; it is not a promise that all records will be erased within one month.
Exercising rights is generally free. Refusal or a fee is possible only where permitted by law, for example for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests. You may complain to Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or another competent EU supervisory authority.
